Return & Refund Policy

EU Customers (European Union)

Under the EU right of withdrawal, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving the last item, without giving any reason. To exercise this right, use the "Returns and cancellations" link in our store footer.

Returns and cancellations are accepted as follows:

• Cancellations: Allowed until your order is fulfilled
• Returns: Accepted within 14 days of delivery of the last item, including weekends and holidays

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within the timeframes required by applicable law.

All Other Countries

All sales are final. We do not accept cancellations or returns outside the European Union.

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can assist you.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. A flat return shipping fee of $20.00 applies, along with a 10% restocking fee based on the item value. These fees will be deducted from your refund.
